How much does Imaginos cost?
The Pro plan costs R$ 89.90/month (3 users, 5 GB, image import and AI every month), Max R$ 139.90/month (5 users, 10 GB, unlimited AI) and Ultra R$ 199.90/month (10 users, 20 GB, 5 simultaneous devices, unlimited AI). Quarterly billing has a 5% discount and yearly costs the price of 10 months. And the Go plan is free.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Go plan is genuinely free: 1 user, 1 GB of storage, unlimited patients and clinics, and AI to try out. Every account starts with a bonus of 100 hair counts and 100 lesion analyses, on top of the monthly allowance.
Can I subscribe today?
Yes, subscriptions are open. Create your free account, start on Go and subscribe whenever you want, right in the app.
What is included in every plan?
Unlimited patients and clinics, multi-device capture sessions, protocols with customization, markers, patient records with evolution, dermatoscopes with measurement calibration, PDF reports, an AI assistant and private storage with signed access, in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
Do I need to buy any hardware?
No. Imaginos works with the phone, tablet and optical dermatoscope your clinic already has.
Can I change or cancel my plan later?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately with a proportional refund of the unused period; downgrades are scheduled for your renewal date. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.
